Purchase & refund terms

These plain-language terms explain what is charged, when a membership renews, and when a refund is available.

• Credit-card processingYoga with Ethan may assess a 2% processing fee only on eligible credit-card transactions and never above the applicable merchant discount rate. The exact fee appears separately before confirmation. Debit, prepaid, wallet, and uncertain payments are fee-free.
• Live classes and workshopsYour place is reserved when payment or an eligible class credit is confirmed. Event purchases are non-refundable unless Ethan cancels the event, a duplicate charge occurs, or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Seven-day membership trialEligible guests may use one trial across Ruby or Om, not one trial for each tier. The trial includes the class selected today; it does not issue Ruby or Om class credits or make a workshop free. A payment method is required and the selected monthly membership begins automatically on the date shown at checkout unless canceled first.
• Membership renewalsMemberships renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Charges already processed and partial membership periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Existing Plus membersA Plus member who is eligible for a Ruby or Om trial keeps the Plus class credit already available to them. Trial access does not add Ruby or Om credits before the first paid renewal.
• CurrencyPrices are shown and charged in USD. If your card or wallet uses another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the charge and may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.
